"I wish I had been introduced to Kate and Intuitive Eating 25 years ago! Having grown up a chubby kid, I had spent my whole life judging every morsel of food I put in my mouth as “good”, or “bad”, and myself right along with it. I was so confused by the conflicting information around what foods were healthy, how much I should eat, whether or not fat was good or bad, how much sugar is ok, etc. I struggled with intense feelings of hunger especially late in the day.
