Groups are an amazing way to do just that. With group support, we acknowledge shared struggles, learn from each other, grow together and feel a lot less alone.
You're open to learning from others and building relationships that help you heal.
My approach to groups is, first and foremost, to help all feel welcome.
Materials, strategies and tools for various learning styles are always provided. Therapeutic and evidence-informed strategies will be utilized to build community, support change and meet goals.
