I provide nutrition therapy to individuals and families. I see clients in Europe and am licensed in MA and VT (US).I work in a holistic and comprehensive way so clients get an individualized approach.

Using Exposure and Response Prevention, I offer exposure coaching to individuals in the US and Europe who are struggling with rituals, compulsions or obsessions.

Groups are a wonderful way to connect with others, understand you're not alone, and gain tools and skills that benefit you.

I provide universities, International schools, and businesses with workshops, writing & editing that enhances the experience of their people.
