Refeeding syndrome (RFS) occurs when a chronically undernourished person begins to eat more again.

While it is a risk for those beginning renourishment, it is NOT a reason not to eat more. As long as an expert doctor and dietitian are on board, RFS can be managed.

This download includes all you need to know about renourishment, the physiological nuts and bolts of RFS, who is at risk, signs and symptoms to look out for and details on how to manage it.
