Professional Supervision
Grow professionally and personally in a supportive environment
where you can share, reflect and learn.
Are you:
-
A therapist, nutritionist/dietitian, doctor or recovery coach interested in learning more about eating disorders or hone your clinical skills and knowledge in this area?
-
Wanting a space to process client cases, especially complex presentations, so you can improve client outcomes?
-
Looking for tangible skills and tools to use with clients?
-
Feeling burnt out and looking for support to help you regroup and show up motivated for your clients?
-
Needing a space where you can express frustrations, get your questions answered and move forward with confidence?
The collaborative relationship between supervisee and supervisor is a pillar of effective supervision.
The supervision space is a safe, reflective and confidential place for you to process clinical, organizational, and interpersonal questions and concerns.

Supervision promotes high ethical standards and develops clinical expertise while building knowledge, skills, awareness and confidence around various client issues. It also mitigates burnout and helps you to feel energized in your work.
A supervision hour can be spent on:

-
Presenting 1-3 cases and getting detailed feedback to help you feel confident moving forward with your clients
-
Learning and practicing specific nutrition therapy techniques
-
Exploring and examining new topics in the research literature
-
Discussing business topics like business set up, networking or marketing

Supervision is what you make of it - it is your time.
