The details
- Weekly, 1 hour meetings for 6 weeks starting Thursday June 29th from 9-10am EST/3-4pm CET
- Each week, resources and tools around a topic will be provided for about 15-20 minutes.
- Topics will include: body image and embodiment, tolerating discomfort around food, managing triggers, building positive food experiences, movement, and balanced nutrition.
- The rest of the group time outside of the first 20 minutes will provide members to process what is coming up for them around food, body image, eating, and exercise.
- ACT, ERP, motivational interviewing and strength based coaching will be utilized.
- Your investment: $250/240 Euros
- All members must be medically stable, and working on nutritional and psychological wellbeing.
